Our mission is to help you achieve your running goals through personalized coaching and support. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we're here to guide you every step of the way.

WHY RUN COACHING?

With the addition having your programme personally written for you, by having a motivated and enthusiastic coach like wUrkout fitness RUN COACHING, this will increase your motivation, and ensure you continue to be accountable towards your training and goals.

WHAT DOES RUN COACHING INVOLVE?

Run coaching can be provided either with one-on-one sessions or online coaching, or a combination of these. of a 1 to 1 session every 4 weeks to compliment your online plan. 

Your plan will be carefully tailored specifically around your level, the time of your goal/ event and your your experience.  This will be closely monitored and reviewed by your coach, adapting if needed, around progress, other commitments and injuries/ illnesses if should happen. 

HOW WILL RUN COACHING WORK FOR ME

Ever found yourself booking an event and not knowing where to start?  Have you always fancied a new challenge but not dared to book?   

A run coach designs your personalised run based around your goals, your need, your current fitness levels ensuring they are appropriate not only for your event but for where U are now!

RUN COACHING PRICE PLAN

4 week Coaching Plan   

£70 per month (minimum 3 month commitment)​

 

WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?

  • Initial consultation

  • Fully personalised training plan (4 weeks)

  • Feedback on the completed training sessions

  • Coaching / Mentoring in preparation for and after races

  • Unlimited communication  (via email/text/WhatsApp)​​

 

Run coaching can be combined with 1.1 personal training / strength sessions either weekly or one within each 4 week training block.
