About Me

My name is Emma Moore, and I have dedicated over 16 years to the fitness industry, working with individuals focused on health improvement, those returning from injury, and competitive athletes in running, triathlon, rugby, cycling.

I am passionate about helping people develop healthy, positive attitudes towards fitness, where my clients take responsibility for their goals—whatever they may be.

You might think that not having a goal is a lack of direction, or goals feel like a burden, but isn't finding joy, enhancing self-worth, or boosting confidence just as significant as striving for that ideal body or achieving better athletic performance?

I love to move and share my and enthusiasm with my clients. I believe life is meant to be lived fully, with countless adventures awaiting! I have cycled long distances participated in physique competitions, and completed half marathons, marathons, multi-stage races, and ultra marathons up to 100 miles... and I'm excited to start my next chapter.
